Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $200 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
